Bed linen is changed on request.

Fully equipped bathroom with washbasin, shower, toilet, cosmetic mirror, towels and hairdryer.
Towels are changed on request.
Terraces
Two covered terraces (21 m² and 9 m²). Private hot tub on the larger terrace with south-west facing views. Fully furnished with tables and seating.
A wellness bag, including bathrobes and sandals, is included for your hot tub sessions.

Dogs
Unfortunately, dogs and other pets are not permitted.
Booking
We’re a small, family-run guesthouse – and nothing makes us happier than a direct booking! Just send us a quick no-obligation enquiry, and we’ll get straight back to you with the best offer for your stay. Once we send written confirmation and you’ve paid the deposit, your booking is confirmed. You can transfer the balance in advance or settle up on arrival, whether in cash or by card. We look forward to your enquiry!
Deposit
Booking deposit: 20% of the accommodation price
Your reservation is confirmed upon receipt of the deposit.
If you cancel up to 30 days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded.
Cancellation
You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 30 days before arrival, and we’ll refund your deposit in full. To cancel, simply e-mail us. Please understand that we cannot refund deposits for cancellations made within 30 days of arrival.
Check-in & check-out
Check-in: from 2:00 p.m.
Check-out: by 9:30 a.m.
Mid-stay cleaning
We can provide an interim clean of the apartment on request for an additional charge – ideal for longer stays. The price depends on the apartment’s size. Just ask if you’re interested!
Final cleaning
